Mia will be meeting famous chefs on the islands and inviting them on board to cook and teach us their most delicious masterpieces. They will show us the secret ingredients that define the cultural heritage of Greek cuisine and the beauty of enjoying it in good company. We arrive to the port to meet Chef Panos and invite him onboard to try a delicious recipe: linguine with shrimps. The Chef Panos will show us the Greek heritage in the food and a secret ingredient he uses to give his plates his own taste. Then, we go around the port to see whether if we can share this delicious platter with strangers. Then, we meet Chef Nikos to discover a special recipe he has for us.
In today's episode, we are meeting Chef Dimitri who has a special surprise prepared for us. He will join us on our boat to prepare a unique fish soup, and we are ready to share this delicacy with the people in the port. We will also be meeting Chef Kostas who has his own recipe for pasta with tuna. Come on board and try it out!
Chef Nikolaos is giving us a well-needed cooking lesson before jumping on board to prepare the recipe he has in store for us. He will also take the time to teach us how to find out whether if a fish is fresh or not before we go on and try the dish with the people from the port. Then, we are meeting with the young Chef Jason, who with only 19 years is the main chef at a 4-star hotel. He is cooking on board our boat, and we are excited to try out his dish.
