Distant Shores season 7

Series 7 of Distant Shores follows presenters, Paul and Sheryl Shard, on a voyage aboard their new sailboat, Distant Shores II, to the Baltic Sea from England across the North Sea to Holland where they travel through the Frisian Islands. From here they sail to Germany where they transit the Kiel Canal and enter the Baltic Sea. Next they explore the islands of Denmark and the Swedish archipelagos along the east coast, then make an inland voyage across Sweden through the Göta Canal to the west coast. On their return voyage they travel through the canals of Holland before crossing the English Channel back to Chichester Harbour on England's south coast. After storing their boat for the winter, Paul and Sheryl visit friends in Panama and explore the remote San Blas Islands aboard Diesel Duck, their friends' 41-foot motor yacht.
