The Palma International Boat Show, one of the most important nautical fairs in Spain and Europe, will be held in Palma de Mallorca from April 27th to 30th.

This fair of the nautical world takes place in Moll Vell, a marina located in the center of the city of Palma de Mallorca.

An infinite number of companies have already booked their participation, and it is close to full capacity, both by exhibitors and visitors who want to enjoy the latest nautical novelties of the moment.

This year a total of 270 companies will participate and will offer for sale more than 600 boats, 250 of them will be exposed at sea, due to its great length that is increasing with each edition.

One of the most awaited will be the exhibition of the Astonda shipyard, which will present for the first time at the Palma Boat Show the fully developed flybridge As range, consisting of two yachts.

Motor catamarans and yachts are also in demand. Another of the most popular yachts, which curiously is the largest yacht at the show, with a length of 55 meters, is the Elena of London, a yacht built in 2009 that sails under the sail of the United Kingdom.

This yacht is located within the section or department Palma Superyacht Village, which is where all those boats that exceed 25 meters in length are located, whether sailing or motor vessels, one of the most luxurious sections of the show, where more than twenty companies will be present.

In addition, there will be a space dedicated to the maintenance and specialization of this type of boats, a yacht built in 2009 that sails under the sail of the United Kingdom.

As the years go by, due to all the environmental issues that are constantly being discussed and the "eco-friendly" aspect that wants to be implemented globally in any field, more and more companies are becoming interested in creating environmentally friendly boats.

That is why sustainability plays a key and important role in the Palma International Boat Show.

In this edition, new models of electric boats built in Mallorca will be presented, as well as others that come from other countries and have chosen this boat show to show and make themselves known. These make use of solar energy to reduce the consumption of oil, coal or gases that greatly harm our planet.
